YOUR WEB PRESENCE:
If you "don't know much about this", well...you simply don't have to. We take care of the technology side of your organization's internet presence, and you don't have to speak techno-geek for us to understand what you need. And quite honestly, we won't speak techno-geek to you either.

MONTHLY FEES (HOSTING):
Simply put, it's $30 to rent space to store your web site online. The $30* basic account includes hosting, email, web traffic reports, and access (FTP). The space and bandwidth (when your customers visit your web site) are unlimited, the email is up to 10 accounts, the web traffic reports are an online interface, and we'll setup as many FTP accounts with whatever restrictions you choose. Email includes spam filters, forwarding, auto responses and aliases at no additional charge. Additional email accounts are purchased in blocks of 10 for $10.

ANNUAL FEES (DOMAIN NAMES):
The domain name (your web site address) is an annual fee of $24 each. We'll put as many domain names on your web site as you want—it's included in the registration fee (that's called "pointing" and if it's done right, it makes the search engines really happy). We renew your domain names for you automatically and you will never risk losing them. You own your own domain names.

NO EXTRA CHARGE (PERSONAL SERVICE):
We're a small company and though we're a technology company with 25+ years combined experience, we still like to do business with our customers the old fashioned way—all you have to do is pick up the phone to talk to us, Monday through Friday, 8-5. We'll even make an appointment to talk with you after hours if you need to do that. We actually answer the phone with a real voice and you don't have to punch a series of numbers to search out the right department only to discover an answering machine at the other end of the line. Certainly you may get our voice mail if we're making a pot of coffee or taking a break walking the dogs, but for the most part, we're right here, at your service. And we're right here in the U.S.A. And so are all of our servers (those are the fancy computers that store your web site and make it available on the internet).

GOOD VALUE (KEEPING OUR COSTS LOW):
We spend our money on state-of-the-art servers. We don't add tricks or gimmicks. No fancy whistles and bells or shiny things to distract you. No overhead passed on to you for our advertising costs. Word of mouth is our best advertiser. Please tell your neighbors about us at your next barbecue.
