Great news! We have a new email interface that offers more user friendly capabilities. The upgrade took place on December 22, 2007. At that time, to read your email online, you will need to follow the new instructions below.

To Check Email Online:

• Go to: Web Mail
• Enter your FULL email address for user name
• Enter your password
• Be sure to check both 'Remember my username' and 'Remember my password' checkboxes if you want the system to remember your credentials.
• Click the Login button

Most of DV Technologies clients have been moved to a brand new server. Because DNS takes about 24 hours to work correctly, you may want to flush the DNS settings on your computer. To do that, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Start" button on your computer
2. Go to "run"
3. Type the letters cmd
4. push the "enter" key on your keyboard
5. A new window opens in DOS mode
6. type the following: ipconfig /flushdns
7. push the "enter" key on your keyboard
8. After receiving message that it is complete, close the DOS window
