DV Technologies (formerly Sunweb Designs, founded in 1997 by Tracy Della Vecchia), is independently owned and operated by Tracy and Luigi Della Vecchia, a husband and wife team operating out of Columbia, Missouri. Luigi is formerly from Naples, Italy. Luigi and Tracy work with Alberto Santoni, the server administrator, who currently lives in Brussels, Belgium.

Luigi has been designing databases and programming since 1991. Tracy has been developing web sites since 1997. Alberto has been a database developer, programmer, and server administrator since 1994 and has worked with DV Tech since early 1999.
