For a successful and busy real estate agent, having a fresh web site is critical. For each of the agents featured in this section, we wanted to offer an easy way to keep the listings on their web sites up-to-date and current. We developed an online form that works with an access database online. Maintaining current listings on their web site is now as simple as filling in the form and clicking the submit button.

In addition to putting all the specs about each listing online, we developed a unique slide show for each property that allows the agent to easily load up to six images of each home. As well, some of the agents requested specific customization of the programming. Take a look at Brent and Pat Jones for a great example: in addition to updating their listings, Brent and Pat are able to showcase the homes that are on open house tour each weekend.

For the web visitor, these particular modules allow them to search the agent's listing based on the type of property they are looking for: single family homes, multi-family homes, lots and land, commercial property, or new construction. Click one of the links below to see the modules in action:

This particular module allows the agent to update the site using the online form, but there are fewer options. The clear advantage to this module is affordable pricing, yet maintaining the ability to update the site quickly and easily. There is no limit to the number of listings you can put online. Many agents upgrade to the Deluxe module as their businesses grow or client needs change.

Realtor's Solutions Module

Ginny Northcutt purchased a Realtor's Solutions web site package which allowed her to have a nicely developed site for a small investment. The Realtor's Solution site includes a module to add her own listings, complete with photos and descriptions. The package includes a 5-page web site (intro, listings, community, contact, and a mortgage calculator), 1 year hosting, email with auto-responders and forwarding capabilities, professional graphics, key words for search engine placement, and search engine submission. There is an online interface that Ginny uses to update her web site any time she gets a new listing, changes a price, or sells a home. The complete package is $599.

As with other packages we offer, the Realtor Solutions package can be customized. Ginny added a section for each of her builders and the subdivisions she represents as well. This allows her to have additional pages for further exposure on the internet as well as representing her VIP clients professionally. Her clients reap the benefits of having online exposure as well.
